GDPR

In accordance with  Art. 13 of General Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) – please note the following information that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the Agricultural Advisory Centre in Brwinów (CDR) with its seat at ul. Pszczelińska 99, 05-840 Brwinów.
  2. The personal data administrator has appointed a person supervising the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted via the following e-mail address: iodo@cdr.gov.pl or in writing to the address of our registered central office.
  3. Your personal data will be processed to allow for the organization of the European Rural Parliament 2022. Your data will also be used for statutory, archival and statistical purposes.
  4. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. "a" of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  5. Your data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the goals set out in point. 3. for the period provided for by law in this regard, in particular for the period of storage of documentation specified in the provisions and internal regulations of the CDR in the field of archiving documents.
  6. The recipients of your personal data will be the Agricultural Advisory Centre in Brwinów, PREPARE Partnership for Rural Europe, European Rural Community Alliance (ERCA), European LEADER Association for Rural Development (ELARD) and entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
  7. You have the right to access your data and subject to the provisions of law: the right to rectify, limit processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  8. You don't have the right to delete data, the right to transfer data, the right to object.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on the protection of such data.
  10. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the European Rural Parliament 2022.
  11. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
