The implementation of the above objective is to focus on the implementation of investments involving the co-financing of operations in the development of publicly accessible public infrastructure, the preservation of cultural heritage and projects increasing social activity and inclusion. Improving access to generally available public infrastructure will include investments such as: construction, renovation, modernization of community centers, community centers, the creation of playgrounds, outdoor gyms, the creation of new or modernization of existing sports facilities such as sports fields, landscaping, hiking trails or nature trails.The premise is to increase the attractiveness of the municipalities for residents and tourists. The construction of new recreational and tourist facilities will have a positive impact on the development of the LDS area. The objective also includes the preservation of cultural heritage, the assumption of which is the implementation of investments consisting of conservation and restoration projects for monuments, sacred and secular objects entered in the provincial register of monuments. Another undertaking is Increasing the activity and social integration of residents, including seniors, young people and the disadvantaged, through the development of innovative competencies, initiatives for the sustainable use of natural resources and activities for social inclusion. This undertaking will include projects to activate the local community, including seniors, young people and the disadvantaged. This undertaking will be implemented through grant projects. The goal is also partnership projects and preparation of the Smart Village concept.

Increasing the availability of services in the LDS area
The economic and social development of the LDS area is directly related to the dynamism of local business development, which is why it is so important to invest in increasing the competitiveness of existing business entities and the emergence of new ones. It is important that they are distinctive and have the potential to compete. Besides, the promotion of entrepreneurial attitudes will increase the interest of entities from the LDS area in establishing or developing business activities, including those related to tourism, given the attractive location of the municipalities. The planned support will be allocated to activities related to the establishment of new businesses and the development of existing ones through the implementation of changes aimed at streamlining and improving their operations, covering, among other things, new production processes, new ways of providing services.
