This operation allows the farmer to introduce a new, innovative product with great sales potential. The university will create recipes for the best-tasting products and the Agricultural Advisory Center will promote the product at events it organizes. Thanks to the creation of a mobile production line, the product will be of the highest quality because it will be produced immediately after harvesting, without the need for storage. The farmer will have at his disposal the necessary equipment and recipes to create the finished product.


The aim of the operation is to increase the competitiveness and profitability of organic farms in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The expected result is the production of functional juices with an innovative recipe directly on the farm and their introduction to the market.

Project activities

Creation of a mobile production line that will be used during harvest on the farm. Development of recipes for functional juice drinks so that the farmer can recreate them himself.

The main benefits of the project

Thanks to production directly on the farm, processing can begin immediately after harvest, so the ingredients are fresh and do not lose their nutrients, and the resulting product is of the highest possible quality. Thanks to the recipes and processes developed by the University, this food will be safe and its functionality confirmed by research.

Practice summary

The new organization involves the use of one mobile production line, each farm has planned harvesting and processing on its own farm at a different time, so they can use professional equipment together. The final result will also be functional juices produced according to the recipes and technological process developed by the University.

The result of the operation is the production of functional juices with an innovative recipe directly on the farm and their introduction to the market. This contributed to an increase in the competitiveness and profitability of organic farms in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
